Terms & Conditions

By joining Collabs, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These rules protect every Collaber and ensure our independent, student-led community operates safely and ethically.

1Membership & Eligibility

  • Membership is open to verified students (Grades 8-12) and officially invited alumni.
  • All members must complete KYS (Know Your Student) verification via our official registration portal.
  • Membership is completely free and voluntary.
  • Collabs operates independently as a 100% student-led organization. We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership at any time for violation of rules.

2Platform Usage & Intellectual Property

  • You agree to use provided digital tools solely for Collabs-related educational and co-curricular activities.
  • Academic resources shared remain the property of the original creator but are licensed for use within Collabs.
  • Members may not distribute, download, or share internal content externally without explicit written permission from the Executive Team.
  • Student-created content (projects, films, posts) may be featured on official Collabs channels with credit.

3Liabilities & Limitations

  • We are not responsible for internet outages, device issues, or external platform changes.
  • Participation is supplementary to school studies; we are not liable for any specific academic outcomes.
  • In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government orders), activities may be temporarily paused.

4Termination & Exit Policy

  • Inactive members (no login for 120 days) will be automatically suspended.
  • Graduating students will be automatically transferred to Alumni status.
  • You may leave anytime by submitting a formal 7-day notice to the Executive Team.
  • Upon leaving or removal for serious violations, all access is revoked immediately.

5Governing Rules & Updates

  • In the future, all operations will migrate to our student-built custom platform. Existing members will migrate automatically with the same Collaber ID.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms with a 14-day notice via email and platform announcement. Continued participation means acceptance.
  • All disputes will be resolved independently by the Collabs Executive Team.
