Official Collaboration Agreement

This agreement formalizes the partnership between Collabs and partnering institutions, committing both parties to collaborative, ethical, and mutually beneficial activities.

1Partnership Scope

  • The Institution agrees to collaborate with Collabs for student e-learning and co-curricular activities.
  • The partnership is voluntary, renewable annually, and carries absolutely no financial obligations for either party.
  • Both parties commit to ethical conduct and will credit each other in promotions and reports.

2Institution Rights & Responsibilities

  • The Institution has the right to review and approve any session plan in advance and request modifications.
  • The Institution will facilitate student participation, verify eligibility, and promote the partnership ethically.
  • The Institution can access reports on student progress, audit privacy data, and withdraw with 30 days' notice.

3Collabs Rights & Responsibilities

  • Collabs has the right to request Institution support for activities and will organize events with minimal disruption.
  • Collabs will handle all technical aspects, provide session reports, and obtain parental consent for student participation.
  • Collabs will not collect Institution data without consent and will resolve any issues amicably.
