Student Membership Agreement / Pledge

By becoming a Collaber, you accept the responsibilities outlined in this pledge. This agreement protects our community and ensures we uphold the values of Collaboration, Excellence, Empowerment, and Creativity.

1Eligibility & Personal Conduct

  • I confirm I am currently enrolled in Grades 8-12 and participate voluntarily with no fee required.
  • I will treat everyone with respect, kindness, and fairness. I will never bully, harass, mock, or discriminate.
  • I will use only my assigned Collaber ID and will never share my real name, phone, or address publicly.
  • I will report any concerning behavior (e.g., bullying, privacy breach) immediately to a Lead or Director.

2Academic & Communication Commitments

  • I will submit my own original work, give credit when sharing resources, and never cheat or plagiarize.
  • I will actively participate in at least 70% of the activities I register for.
  • I will not spam, post off-topic content, promote external businesses, or share links without approval.

3Leadership & Consequences

  • If I hold a leadership role, I will lead fairly, without favoritism, and respond within 24 hours.
  • I understand that zero-tolerance offenses (harassment, bullying, threats) will result in immediate and permanent removal from the community.
