- Identity: Full name (strictly for internal verification), Grade, and Campus.
- Contact: Official email address and phone number (only for emergency contact).
- Verification: Uploaded KYS (Know Your Student) document or ID photo.
- Activity: Academic data (attendance, assessment scores, posts).
- Security: Device/IP information for security monitoring and platform safety.
2How We Use Your Information
- To verify you are a current, eligible student.
- To assign and display your unique Collaber ID.
- To send important updates, session links, and match you with Subject Leads or mentors.
- To generate anonymous analytics (e.g., "80% of Grade 11 joined Physics") to improve platform features.
3Information We Never Show Publicly
- Real names are never visible — only Collaber IDs are applied.
- Phone numbers are completely hidden from all members.
- KYS verification documents are permanently deleted within 7 days of verification.
- No personal data appears in Collabs Media or any public posts.
4Storage, Security & Sharing
- All data is securely stored and encrypted.
- Access to data is strictly restricted to the Executive Team and designated Collaboration Directors.
- Two-factor authentication is required for all leadership accounts, alongside regular security audits.
- Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or external companies.
5Your Rights & Future Updates
- You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, or request complete deletion upon leaving the community.
- When we migrate fully to our custom platform, this policy will be updated, and every member will be notified 30 days in advance.
