Rules and Regulation
These comprehensive rules govern all activities within Collabs. Every member, mentor, and leader must follow them at all times to maintain our standards of excellence.
1General & Communication Conduct
- Be punctual for all scheduled sessions. Mute your microphone when not speaking and dress modestly.
- No recording of sessions without explicit permission. Always log out from shared devices after use.
- Use only English or Urdu in official channels. No ALL CAPS, excessive emojis, or spamming.
- No promotional content, religious/political discussions, gossip, or negative talk about any student or campus.
2Academic & Leadership Rules
- Original work only; plagiarism results in immediate removal. No sharing of live exam questions.
- Actively participate in at least 70% of registered classes/clubs and complete feedback forms.
- Leaders must respond to messages within 24 hours, maintain strict neutrality, and avoid favoritism.
- Resignation from leadership requires a 14-day notice and a formal handover.
3Platform Data & Enforcement
- Use only approved tools until the custom platform launches. Do not distribute recorded sessions externally.
- Any custom platform code remains the intellectual property of the Collabs IT Club.
- Violations result in Warnings (Minor), 7-day restrictions (Moderate), or Permanent removal (Severe).
