Institutional Partnership Agreement

1Partnership Terms
- The Institution agrees to collaborate with Collabs for the mutual benefit of students.
- The partnership is voluntary and can be renewed annually.
- Both parties commit to upholding values of pluralism and empowerment.
- No financial obligations exist for either party.
- Both parties agree to promote the partnership ethically.
2Rights & Responsibilities of the Institution
- The Institution grants permission for Collabs to conduct sessions during school hours, if scheduled in advance.
- The Institution commits to non-discrimination in participant selection and will verify student eligibility for activities.
- The Institution will not use Collabs materials without permission.
3Rights & Responsibilities of Collabs
- Collabs will organize activities with minimal disruption to school schedules.
- Collabs will handle all technical aspects of digital sessions and provide session reports to the Institution.
- Collabs will not collect Institution data without consent and will resolve any issues amicably.
4Privacy, Liability & Termination
- All student data is protected. No data sharing will occur without Institution consent.
- There is no liability for technical issues, and no financial liability for either party.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice with no penalties.
